Refill Requests

Please note that Healing Hope requires one week’s notice for all refill requests. Unfortunately, many vendors are not even open at this time. We’re having to outsource other products and therefore shipping times are much longer, as well as there being a shortage of containers. Please have patience with us during this time. We are here for you and will get your refill processed as soon as we possibly can.

To place a refill order, please send us an email at questions.healinghope@gmail.com.

IMPORTANT: Be specific, and please answer all of these questions (copy and paste them into your email so you don’t miss any).

Please fill out the info below in an e-mail sent to us with refill(s) in a SEPARATE e-mail from any questions you may have as we have been having consistency issues. Please ensure to add “Refill” in the subject line.

**This is to prioritize all refill orders so that animals don’t have to suffer without.

Please plan accordingly when ordering. Your payment information on file will be charged for all refills (including back-ordered items) so that we may expedite your order. We appreciate your patience!

Healing Hope offers the convenience of pharmacy after-hours pickup and shipping options for all prescriptions.

Pickup Location:

  • Pharmacy – Vista (24 hr pick up available) – please text the office if you don’t have the address.Our after-hours pickup bin is available so that clients may come by when their schedule allows. Our pickup bin is located in the front, in a container labeled Healing Hope’s After-Hours Pickup. Your refill will be labeled with your name.

If you would prefer to have prescriptions mailed, we are happy to do so. Healing Hope ships via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Please note that PO Boxes do not accept UPS.

  • UPS Ground shipping prices vary.  Minimum charge is $15.
  • USPS Shipping is a flat $10 charge throughout California & most states. Out of state/country shipping varies.
